• What is the difference between spot pricing and contract pricing?
  Spot pricing is for 1 order based on current market pricing. Contract pricing is multiple loads over a period of time.
• Can I pay by credit card?
  No we do not accept credit cards. Payment can be made by check or wire transfer.
• What is your usual lead time?
  The lead time for regular products is 2 weeks. Specialty products is 4 weeks.
• How do I place my first order and how will I know when the order will be delivered?
